This article provides a guide on how to efficiently navigate and manage the payments and billing history pages on your dashboard.


- The Account -> Payments page



The "Payments" page provides a platform for users to manage their payment method. You can enter and edit your credit card information, including:


- Card Number: This refers to the 16-digit number on the front of your credit/debit card.

- Expiration Date: The date, typically formatted as MM/YY, indicates when your card will expire. 

- CVV: The Card Verification Value is a three-(or four) digit code found on the back of your card, instrumental in verifying its authenticity.

- Cardholder: This field should contain the exact name as it appears on your credit/debit card.

- Address: Input the billing address linked to your card.

- City, State, and Post Code: These fields should match the information associated with your credit/debit card.

- Country: Specify the country where your card was issued.


Properly filling out this information ensures your payments go through smoothly, keeping your account active and up-to-date.


- The Account -> Payments ->  Billing History


On the Billing History Page, you can overview your payment activities over different periods. These timelines include Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Year, or a Custom Range, selectable based on individual needs.



Each invoice includes:


- An Invoice Number: Each invoice receives a unique identifier. In our example, "AAA11111-1111" is the invoice number.

- Date: This indicates the day the invoice was issued.

- Amount: Displaying the total due for the specified billing period.

- Status: Shows if the invoice is paid, pending, or overdue.

- Download Option: Allowing you to download a copy of the invoice as PDF file for the billing&&record needs.



Understanding and effectively managing your Payments and Billing history is key to maintaining a smooth experience with our service platform. Familiarizing yourself with both the Payments Page and the Billing History will empower you to stay organized, on top of your payments and maintain an accurate record of your transaction history.
