In case you know that you have a specific service / cookie that needs to have a consent category changed due to a business decision (or miscategorization) - you may apply the change to this particular service on the "Classification" tab.

1. Login into your account, and locate the domain to work with.

2. Open the "Classification" tab

3. On the "Cookies" tab find a cookie and confirm the "service" (Service it belongs to.

4. As consent category can only be applied to a "service" entity - please switch to the "Services" tab, click threee-dot menu, then "Edit".

5. Apply the required category change for the service / cookie and click "Save"

5. Perform a website rescan ("Scan report" -> "Rescan website") to propagate the changes to the scan report, preference center and cookie/privacy policies as well.
